Juss Legal Is Not a Law Firm

Juss Legal is an attorney advertising and lead-referral service. Juss Legal is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice, opinions, representation, or recommendations regarding your legal rights or the merits of your case. Using this website or submitting your information does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Juss Legal.

Any attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when you and an independent attorney or law firm expressly agree to it in writing. The attorneys we connect you with are independent third parties who are solely responsible for the legal services they provide.

How Our Service Works

When you submit a case review request, we use the information you provide to match you with one or more independent attorneys or law firms in our network who may be able to assist with your matter. We then share your information with those attorneys so they can contact you directly to discuss your situation.

We use information such as the legal category, the location connected with your matter, and participating-attorney availability to identify one or more independent attorneys who may be able to speak with you. Only attorneys participating in Juss Legal's network are considered. Participating attorneys make their own decisions about whether to contact you or offer representation. Juss Legal does not determine the merits or value of your matter, recommend a legal strategy, guarantee that a particular attorney is suitable for you, or guarantee any response or result. You are responsible for deciding whether to hire an attorney.

We do not guarantee that an attorney will accept your case, contact you within any specific time, or achieve any particular outcome. Whether to take a case is entirely up to each independent attorney.

Attorney Participation and Payment

Juss Legal does not charge consumers to submit a request for attorney contact. Participating attorneys may pay Juss Legal for advertising, platform access, or matching services. Any attorney fees and case expenses are governed solely by your written agreement with the attorney. Juss Legal does not set or negotiate those terms.

Some participating attorneys may offer contingency-fee arrangements for certain matters. Terms vary by attorney and case. Ask the attorney to explain all fees and expenses before you sign an agreement.

No Cost to Use Juss Legal

Submitting a case review request through Juss Legal is free. Juss Legal does not charge you a fee to be connected with an attorney. Any fees, costs, or contingency arrangements for legal services are between you and the attorney you choose to hire, and will be disclosed to you by that attorney before you agree to representation.

No Guarantee of Results

Every legal matter is different. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in your case. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of any particular result, settlement, or recovery. Statements about experience or success refer to attorneys in our network generally and are not a guarantee regarding your specific matter.

Consent to Communications

By submitting a case review request, you authorize Juss Legal and the attorneys we connect you with to contact you by phone, text message, and email using the contact information you provide, including through automated dialing or messaging technology, even if your number is listed on a do-not-call registry. Consent is not required to obtain legal services. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our website. You are responsible for evaluating any attorney before hiring them and for any agreement you enter into with an attorney. Time limits (statutes of limitations) may apply to your legal matter; you are responsible for acting promptly, and you should not rely on this website to preserve any legal deadline.
